Acai stands for the berries of the Euterpe oleracea (Acai Palm) that is to be found in the South American Amazon Rainforest. The height of the Acai Palm is up to 25 m and it can bear about 20 kg of berries that represent an important element regarding the food of local population. The Acai Palm berries resemble in appearance blueberries. They have a dark purple-blue colour acquired due to the natural substance called anthocyanin, and they smell and taste like cocoa. The testing of antioxidant activity revealed one of the highest ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) value, i.e. the capacity to absorb free oxygen radicals. The berries of the Acai Palm further contain vitamins, mineral substances, unsaturated fatty acids, amino acids, flavonoids, protein and fiber.
Plantago ovata – Psyllium Husk – promotes healthy digestion and intestinal functions. It facilitates intestinal transit and helps to maintain healthy intestines. It is suitable when dealing with troubles related to the venous network in the rectum (hemorrhoids) since it prevents constipation.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule 2× a day.

Contents of 2 capsules: Plantago ovata (blond psyllium, seed) 666 mg; Euterpe oleracea (Acai, fruit, extract 20:1) 664 mg; stabilizer: calcium phosphate; Camellia sinensis (green tea, leaf, extract 4:1) 70 mg; Lactobacillus acidophillus (333 million active Lactobacillus Acidophilus at the moment of production) 27,8 mg; Triticum sativum (wheat juice powder) 16,6 mg; papain (enzyme from papaya fruits) 16,6 mg; bromelain 16,6 mg; betaine hydrochloride 16,6 mg; Zingiber officinale (ginger, root) 16,6 mg. Gelatin capsule.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
