Curcuma, or Indian saffron, comes from South Asia. The yellow-gold spice obtained from this plant has been used for medicinal purposes in the countries of its origin for 4 000 years. Curcuma enhances the liver function especially by preventing fat accumulation and facilitating fat excretion. It influences the health of joints and their flexibility. Curcuma acts as an antioxidant against free radicals, helps maintain immunity of the body and resistance to over-sensitiveness (allergies). It enhances blood formation and quality, heart function, blood circulation, and the correct level of cholesterol in blood. Its wholesome effects contribute to the correct function of the lungs and the upper respiratory tract. It has a positive effect on the nervous system. Curcuma is also used in the loss of appetite; it enhances appetite and the function of the digestive system.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule twice a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 2 capsules: Curcuma longa (turmeric, turmeric rhizome containing 2,5 % curcuminoids) 800 mg; anticaking agent: magnesium stearate. Gelatin capsule.

Precautions
