Vitamin C helps to protect cells against the oxidative stress. It supports collagen production, which is significant for proper blood vessels, bones, cartilages, skin, gums and teeth functions. It contributes in normal nervous system function, mental function and biological defense. Its indispensable function is that it helps to raise iron absorption and support normal energy metabolism within the body. Vitamin C helps to lower fatigue and exhaustion, it also participates in regeneration of reduced form of vitamin E. It supports immune system during and after the intense physical performance.

Contents of 1 effervescent tablet: Acidity regulator: citric acid; stabilizer: sodium bicarbonate; calcium (calcium carbonate) 250 mg (31 % of nutrient reference values); fruit powder; magnesium (magnesium oxide) 100 mg (27 % of nutrient reference values); vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 100 mg (125 % of nutrient reference values); orange flavor; sweetener: sorbitol, acesulfame K; dye: sunset yellow SY.

Precautions
